Insurance

We participate with many insurance carriers, such as Cigna, Delta, Horizon, Guardian, Aetna, MetLife, United Concordia, etc. We participate with insurance carriers which helps you manage your dental costs.   Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we take care of filing your claims and resolving most problems with the carrier should they occur.

 

To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on our questionnaire. Please remember that insurance is a benefit for you and your family. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, please update us immediately as breakdowns in coverage can increase costs to you.
